• Full Name: To identify booking ownership at the turf location.
• Phone Number: To send SMS/WhatsApp booking confirmation and verification codes.
• Email Address: To deliver payment receipts and invoice records.

3. Payment Security & Cashfree Gateway Disclosure

🔒 We Do NOT Store Sensitive Payment Information.

WinDeclare integrates Cashfree Payments India Private Limited for all payment transactions.

WinDeclare does NOT store, process, or transmit your sensitive payment credentials (such as Credit/Debit Card Numbers, Expiry Dates, CVV, Net Banking Passwords, or UPI PINs) on our servers. All financial payment data is collected directly by Cashfree under PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.

4. Data Sharing & Usage Policy

Your personal information is used exclusively to facilitate turf slot reservations, prevent double-bookings, and communicate transaction details.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers. Necessary booking information (Name and Phone) is shared with the specific venue owner of your booked turf solely for entry verification.
